SUMMER EXPLORATION SERIES

The LVHCC grant application for the Summer 2024 period is OPEN from January 2-May 1

For the 2024 Summer Camp, Keiki & Parents must fill out and submit the LVHCC application AFTER having received a conditional acceptance letter from Kamehameha SchoolsThe conditional acceptance letter must be included with the LVHCC grant application to be considered.

The application period for the Kamehameha Schools Exploration is NOW CLOSED.

Eligibility (New): Children must have completed 5th Grade and be entering 6th grade, be a Nevada resident, must not be a currently enrolled full-time at a Kamehameha campus, and must be able to fully participate in the program.  Click here for the LVHCC KSHE Grant Application Form

Ancestry verification

Kamehameha Schools’ admissions policy is to give preference to applicants of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law. If you would like your child to be considered under that policy, your child’s Hawaiian ancestry must be verified by Kamehameha’s Ho‘oulu Verification Services.

Awarding of two 2023 LVHCC grants ($500 each) to occur in the near future.

Ho’omaika’i ‘ana ia ‘oe to this year’s recipients of the LVHCC Kamehameha Schools’ Ho’omaka’ika’i Exploration grants!  Each winner received a $500 award for this summer’s Explorations camp.  The winners: Aleina Villanueva & Victoria Heu.  Hulo!!
