Kamehameha Schools Exploration Grant

The LVHCC grant application for the Summer 2022 period is now closed.

When the 2023 application period is open we will announce it.  Then Keiki & Parents must fill out and submit the LVHCC form to LVHCC after having completed the Kamehameha Schools application.  The Kamehameha Schools conditional acceptance letter must be submitted with the LVHCC application form.

The 2022 Kamehameha Schools application period is now closed

Requirements: Children must have completed 4th Grade, be a Nevada resident, must not be a Kamehameha School student, and must be of Hawaiian descent (per Kamehameha Schools guidelines).

Awarding of the 3 2022 LVHCC grants ($500 each) occurred on 22 May 2022 at our 2nd Annual “Spring into Wellness” Health Expo.

Ho’omaika’i ‘ana ia ‘oe to this year’s recipients of the Kamehameha Schools’ Ho’omaka’ika’i Exploration grants!  Each winner received a $500 award for this summer’s Explorations camp.  Our winners are: Hi’ilei Reis, Kaiolohia Anduha, and Iwalani Galbiso.  Hulo!!
